OBJECTS OF INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY
Intellectual property in Bulgaria is protected by the existing national legislation of the state and by the effective measures of its application. The laws relating to the protection of industrial property and legal regulations are permanently becoming perfect with the purpose of being in conformity with the analogous laws and legal regulations that are active in the European Union.
Bulgaria has become a member of the European Patent Convention on 1 July 2002. By this moment are made the first entries by European representatives on industrial property - European Patent Attorneys in Bulgaria
